​Can children consume honey?

Yes. Honey is a safe and nutritional food for older children and adults. However, infants below the age of one should not consume honey as their bodies’ immune systems have not yet fully developed.

How should I store honey?

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Honey that is kept at colder temperatures tends to thicken. Keep the honey in an airtight container and cool dry place. Its high sugar content and acidic pH help to inhibit micro-organism growth.

​How do I place an order?​

1) Select the required product at the shop front and click add to cart.

​

2) You can add a note for any instructions or special requests etc. There is a text box provided.

​

3) Delivery:

• Check the shipping destination is correct.

• Shipping costs to different destinations are charged separately.

 

4) Once the purchased items and shipping are in order, select check out with your debit or credit cards. We also accept  by PayNow or Bank Transfer.

Can I order in bulk?

How long will delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before noon are usually delivered the following business day. During festive seasons (e.g. Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas, etc.), processing and delivery may take 3-4 business days. Delivery details and tracking ID will be emailed to you once the delivery is scheduled.

Returns & Refunds

1. If you want to get a refund or return an item you received, please apply on our email: info@hmmhoneyshop.com.

2. Should you have any queries regarding a return, please contact us.

3. We want you to feel confident about shopping with us. If you have a problem or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will put the matter right.

4. We do not accept cases as per below:

   • over 7 days from receiving the item

   • if items are open/used or damaged

   • sending item without prior contact or notice​
